I’m having trouble adding Lacey to a Den through Scoutbook Plus.
When I go to roster it shows 0 scouts.

@MelissaMoore- this is a reset filters issue.
Can you tell me what to tell the Cubmaster on how to fix this when you say a reset filter issue.

Stephen, sorry the Cubmaster just responded stating that she tried this and didn’t work.
I tried the filter earlier, it didn’t work. Only gives me den chiefs, no CubScouts
@MelissaMoore- the zero scouts IS the filter. Perhaps they did not click reset. They could also try changing the selections in the filter. Beyond that this 3rd party support does not work well.
Stephen, she finally reset her computer and it worked. Thank you again for your help.
