Cubmaster Lost Pack Admin

Helping a fellow Scouter in our Council.

She is Cubmaster for Pack 247 in the Columbia-Montour Council. Her status as Cubmaster looks good, but she lost Pack Admin as of 4/1. I instructed her to get with Key3 Delegate who still has Pack Admin to add it back in, but what caused her to lose it in the first place?

Yes it seems to be an issue today - can another admin in the unit renew it - that is fasted fix

Thanks. There is one Pack admin on the unit roster. She’s going to try and get that user to fix it.
