In my.scouting.org, our new Cubmaster is current and active with expiration 3/31/27. He previously was an ADL which expired 7/31/26. However, I cannot add him as the Cubmaster in Scoutbook Plus Permissions Manager because it says Term Expires. He also does not show up on othe Membership Renewal Orders list. How can I fix this?

@StephanieBrierty the old ADL is in the renewal state - that should lapse in the next day or 2. Other than that it looks fine
Is that normal for it to get locked in the renewal state? I currently cannot make any other changes to permissions because it requires a Cubmaster but I cannot add him. I don’t understand why his current Cubmaster role wouldn’t supersede the ADL lapse. I guess I just wait?

That is how they have it programmed. BUT I looked to fast earlier and the users SB Users where a little messed up - I would log out, log in (maybe do a hard refresh) and all should be good.
That users Relationships with kids are on a different Member # - I would have council clean that up.
