Hello world of Scouting. I have several kiddos that didn’t move up to the next rank in Scoutbook. My Lion didn’t move up into the Tiger Den, and my Tiger didn’t move up into the Wolf Den. Other Scouts on the Roster also did not move up to the next Den, but some did. I attempted to record the kids’ adventures and it blocks me from doing so. I called my local council and in their system they’re in the correct grades. I re-registered at the end of Summer so that’s current too. Any guesses? Feedback? Magical fixes? Thanks for your help. @ZachSchudrowitz Scouts do not move up on their own. A Key 3, Unit Support or someone with Edit Dens would need to go to Roster > View Dens > Then Edit Den > change each Den level. It is easiest to start at top AOL, and then move backwards to avoid confusion.
