My cubscout’s profile in scoutbook and scoutbook plus no longer is attached to the pack, even though it was correct last week. I need scout 141683222 added back to Pack 3004 (Scout has a pervious member id of 140400893 also). It looks like everything from his profile was deleted for some reason.
@LindseyTenney the scout has no registration - something does seem odd though - I would first talk to unit and then maybe council to figure it out
My Council is unable to assist and the pack leader already said he had no idea. this issue occurred with my other scout but someone on this forum was able to fix it after weeks of struggle. The profile was 100% correct last week and now it’s all messed up. I need the scout 141683222 added back to Pack 3004 please.
Here is what the scoutbook profile looks like. as you can see, Scout 141683222 profile is showing while my other scout’s name (R) is in the drop down.

@LindseyTenney no the registration ended 8/31/25 - a new registration needs to start - now that it is past the 60 day grace period that just means a new application either online (depending on the unit) or on paper.
