I am seeing this notice on my dashboard but have no clue about it. I am always signed in, on my phone and laptop… Is it referring to the same or something different?
It’s referring to the existence of at least one other Scoutbook account which is sharing your email address. It frequently indicates the existence of one or more duplicate accounts for you.
If you post your BSA ID number (no email needed), some of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council members have access to search for duplicate accounts.

@SameeraZia yes it is 2 accounts - I think you need to talk to TAC as they put your MBC position under a new BSA # causing this issue that I fixed.
