Data Clean Up for Multiple Adult Accounts

I have a parent that seems to have two accounts in Scoutbook (one with a misspelled name). The one for her Cub Scout is correct. The one for her Boy Scout is wrong. Can the one for her Boy Scout just be updated to the correct parent account?

This is the correct account:

connected to this Cub Scout:

This is the misspelled wrong account:

connected to her Boy Scout:

Can the right account be attached to her Boy Scout and the misspelled account just be deleted? I tried just updating the connections, but when I search for her by email all that comes up is the Cub Scout, not the parent.

Thanks for your help!

@JamesBishop1 I think I have this fixed. Parent’s BSA member number (formerly registered as a Den Leader) should be 12591707.

She should log in with her my.scouting user name – not her e-mail address.

I too have two accounts (by accident). Can I get my original account deleted so that I only have one?

@AndrewRamey Your Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

Please log in with your my.scouting user name – not your e-mail address.
