Hi, at some point a council that was not using electronic registration set up a new account for me with the same name and email address as my real Scouting account. The phantom account has been following me around, triggering “not registered” “not trained” and “another user has the same address” notices. How do I get rid of the boffo account for good?
@JamesReifsnyder-Smit Please do not post names to forums. The MEmber IDs by themself are perfectly safe.

Thank you Jennifer! The phantom account is finally off of our roster.
I know it’s a busy week for you, but now I’m having related trouble getting my son (who was attached to the phantom profile) verified, he Eagled and turned 18, isn’t registered since 2024, is in another Council and Troop where I do not have a relationship anymore; and the “other parent” verification isn’t connecting to him - we both get an organizationGUID error when we try.
We are both OK with not connecting to him in the system, but I need to get rid of the splash box asking me to connect him. Thank you for any help you can provide.
