Delete duplicate parent connection

I have a scout with a two-parent account for the same person, when I try to delete the connection I received an error message stating: “Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!”

So is this something we need to post to get fixed? Can we suggest a merge two people together?

Your council can also merge duplicate accounts if they are both associated with the same council.
