How do I delete a duplicate account for a scout from Scoutbook? One was set up in error and the other is the one that is synced with council. However the scout only has a login to the invalid account. I am unable to send an invite to the scout for his correct account as I receive the message that he already has an account.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the Scout’s name, BSA#, unit and council. Explain there are 2 accounts and ask that they be merged.
