I have some “legacy” entries on internet advancement that need to be deleted. We had some scouts go into scoutbook and submit their own entries, which conflicts with the entries made by my Advancement Chair. We really want to clean up our records. I try to put 0s in all fields for the entry but it won’t let me save it. Please help! I’d like these entries gone.
It sounds like you’re talking about the activity logs. Unfortunately, the logs which were transferred from Scoutbook to the IA2 platform were make read-only in the process. The folks from SUAC have repeatedly lobbied the BSA to change this, as yet unsuccessfully.
I think the only solution would be to remove the entries that the scouts added since they could be edited.
