Deleting Scout connection to Adult with same name as parent

I’m a Unit Commissioner in Council 33/Greater Los Angeles Area writing on behalf T849. The ASM (Amy P BSA ID 132601461) tried to send you an email, but received a “mailbox full” error.

Scout Jack H BSA #13865062 was mistakenly connected to adult Mary H BSA# 13738159
Jack’s parent is a different Mary H, Scoutbook User ID #12174784.

We are trying to disconnect the wrong Mary H so we can connect Jack’s parent. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

You can add the correct parent at any time. You do not have to wait for your council to remove the wrong adult.

If your council is slow to respond or act, you might consider emailing the adult connected in error to have them remove themselves. If they have not logged in, you can use the invite message field to start the conversation.
