Deleting second SB User ID

A parent with following son’s information also shows a second SB User ID for the same son.

Reference - SB User ID: 2379362

Member ID: 133625309

How can a second SB User ID 12920028 be deleted from the parent’s account? The parent has been receiving .Scoutbook mobile log on messages to verify his account. As a Troop Admin I have no visibility to SB User ID: 12920028. The scout’s information is correct on the Reference SB User ID.
