I have a volunteer that is a den admin for a wolf den. New youth from this year have been assigned to her den, but she cannot see them when she logs into scoutbook.
@MargaretBrown- cub scout advancement etc should be accessed at advancements.scouting.org not scoutbook classic.
How long ago did they appear on the official roster? Please give it over night tonight to see if that changes.
