Trying to assign new tiger 141171345 to his den.
When I try to assign him I get this error with a different BSA number
“Error: The scout user already exists in the den - scoutUserids: 13901675”

The Scout is already in Tiger Den 1 - you might need to refresh your browser - or do a Shift + Refresh

If you will notice in the roster screenshot his bsa# is 141171345. However the error message indicating his already in the den his bsa# is 13901675. Also in the first screenshot he is showing unassigned. I logged out then back in and it says the same thing.
no it does not - 13901675 is the scoutbook User ID

What does the Scout’s membership page in legacy Scoutbook say?
@TammieZemler - the scout is likely to have two current memberships in their membership section in scoutbook.scouting.org with one being Youth Member
ok his BSA# is 14… is SB# is 13… This makes sense and now he is showing in SB+ in the right den. You may close this.
