Den Chief issue

Hi

Scoutmaster of a troop (and I) are confused. Scout AP (mid 141357510) was asked to be a Den Chief. She agreed, and Pack seems to have added her. Cool. BUT, just about all the registered leaders in the troop got the request for approval. The first person to read it is Unit Scouter Reserve (mid 126700903) who just accepted it. Not really an issue. It was going to be accepted anyway.

Who is supposed to get that request for approval? The Scoutmaster is naturally concerned that people other than Troop K3 got it. Any idea on what glitch in the matrix caused this?

@MarianMcQuaid I bet it went out to everyone in the troop who is a Troop Admin. The Unit Scouter Reserve with MID 126700903 is a Troop Admin.
