# Den Chiefs not appearing in roster

Hello. Our pack has 3 den chiefs. I invited them all the same way, and their troops approved them. But only one is showing up in our roster. The other two do show up if I click the pencil to “edit den”, and I can assign them as den chiefs there, but they still don’t show up in the roster. On their parent’s side, they are not showing up as assigned to a den in their own Scoutbook account.

I’ve tried clearing the cache, opening a new browser, waiting a few days, asking the troop to delete their position and resent the invites and started over. Same results. The only thing different between these youth and our other den chief is that they were members of our pack as cubs.
