Den Leader Disappeared

I had a Cubmaster call (Council Office) to say a new Leader was showing in Scoutbook last week but now they don’t show up anymore. They are on the roster in Scoutnet and my.scouting.
How can that be fixed?

A Pack Admin can add the Den Leader back to the den / pack roster. Have a Pack Admin:

  1. Go to the den page.
  2. Click on the Add Leader button.
  3. Use the “Search For Existing User” box to search.by name or e-mail address.
  4. Select the correct position title based on the den type (for example: Tiger Den Leader for Tiger Dens).
  5. Also check the box next to the Den Admin role, which is needed in order to give the Den Leader access to the den’s calendar.

He said he tried, and couldn’t find her.
Could it have anything to do with her not having an email address in the system?

That may be. Send an email to scoutbook.support@scouting.org and ask for the email address to be added. While you’re at it, ask them to add the leader to your unit in their position.

He called and said he added the email address and that fixed it!
