When a Den Leader goes to the Unit Reports tab, what should they see? I have a Den Leader that doesn’t see anything. She should be able to and these would just be filtered / customized down to her Den or because these are Unit level reports she can’t see anything here?
@JeremyGinsberg putting up an issue with no Member # (no name) does little good to investigate
Sorry @DonovanMcNeil , it was a general question I was asking. The leader who asked me was NAME REMOVED BY ADMIN - 14008411. She used to be a Committee Chair, so she could see a lot more, so I wondered if this was more because the Den Leader role doesn’t have access to the Unit Reports tab.
I “THINK” they should see some - they should have access. I would first try a Hard Refresh of page
Thx - We have done this with no change, but we will have her do it again. She reported that she seemed to lose visibility when her Troop membership was added but can’t see why that would have impacted anything.
