The Den wide report I created to track requirements is returning significantly wrong data and has impacted the ability to provide correct advice to other adults helping their scouts complete remaining requires this spring. Multiple Scout columns contain errors. Some entries are marked missing and others are marked complete.
This error is present on report 2137234 (Generated: 04/24/2026 22:50:16) if you can recreate it that way. The HTML, CSV, and PDFs are all consistently incorrect the same way. Pivoting the report also shows invalid data.
Screen capture of just the top section, but errors are present across the individual adventures as well. The last column has the most errors. If I dig into that specific scout (ID 141980640) via their name on the roster page, below is what that view returns.

With very specific instances of issues - Scout Member # 44444444 (no name) - Adventure Bears Eat is showing done on report but is not done.
The ReportBuilderDesigner URL ends with “&ReportID=1983511”. Is that the identifier you are looking for?
That scout is not the only one with issues in the Report columns. Reviewing, all the data individually from the Roster window are accurate. This aggregated Report is what is in error.
Column 1: 140580451 - No discrepancy
Column 2: 140515419 - No discrepancy
Column 3: 141874423 - No discrepancy
Column 4: 141492650 - No discrepancy
Column 5: 140976318 - No discrepancy
Column 6: 142007101 - No discrepancy
Column 7: 140530522 - Bobcat, Bear Strong, Standing Tall, Fellowship, and 2nd elective marked incomplete, but all have been completed. The Paws for Action electives are marked incorrectly: Only #4 should be marked done
Column 8: 141675243 - Paws for Action should be marked done. 2nd elective should be marked done. In Paws for Action, all the requirements should be marked complete, but only the 4th one is.
Column 9: 141980640 - Incorrectly marked as having completed Bobcat, Bear Strong, Paws for Action, and Standing Tall on the Report. The Roster view picture shown in the prior message is correct, but this report does not match that view.

Take note that Column 2 (scout 140515419) is correctly showing their current rank, but the grid is showing many requirements as partials or not started. In the previous message, all of this scout’s responses were accurate. The location of this scout in the same column both times is coincidence.
