Denied by Journey to Excellence Service Hours Tracker

I’m trying to sign up for Journey to Excellence Service Hours Tracker, and I keep getting the following error:
The Unit ID and/or Local Unit Number that you have typed in is invalid.
Please type another Unit Id and Local Unit Number and try again.

I got my Unit ID from the URL on scoutbook.com because I can’t seem to find it printed out anywhere, and my Local Unit Number is … my local Unit Number, right?

How do I get past this issue? Should I post the Unit ID and Local Unit Number I’m entering here?

I don’t think you need to use this anymore. Just enter your service hours using activity logs in Scoutbook or Internet Advancement (actually the same program for activity logs)

servicehours.scouting.org - is only used for Eagle Projects now - your council can give you the correct number
