Scout MID 141658316 (T136) went to Winter Camp with a troop in a different Council. MID for that Council 142107766 (T812). Account for T136 was expired. Membership for T136 still active but does not show in T136 ScoutBook roster. Can T136 council fix this or does T812 council need to do it?

Why did they register in a different council for Camp? that is not needed. They can just be a Maverick Scout for Camp.

We don’t know why the Scout & family or other Troop did that. The Scout’s uncle was part of the other Troop and that’s all we know.
