Double Accounts (Parent and both youth)

Scoutbook has duplicate accounts for me and my two youth scouts after we transferred units. My SB ID is 2438881 and my two youth SB accounts are: 11523762 and 13312788

@JonathanAlvarez What are you seeing that makes you think you have a duplicate account?

@JonathanAlvarez You have duplicate connections to those Scouts. You should be able to fix this yourself by going through each:

[Scout]'s Connections

Or we can assist, if you’d like.

Thank you for moderating the post to remove the photos. By deleting one of the 2 connections for each youth I resolved this issue. Thank you Jennifer for all you do.

@JonathanAlvarez Because they recently transferred units, I would also recommend that you “Clean Old Connections” on each [Scout]'s Connections page.
