I have another scout that just earned his Eagle last might but when I look in the new system it is showing double of every palm.

What one should we be using. All of the new palms show not complete on the merit badges but that last 3 show that they are complete with merit badges.

Did the new system lose all of this data?

This is a known issue. The developers are investigating.

Has there been any update on the palm issues with Scoutbook?
Now when I try and complete a record, I am getting this error message.

It is hard to award a scout all of his palms when the system isn’t working.

@DavidGanaden- Scouting America does not publish its timelines.

Since we won’t know when the fixes will be implemented, take notes on what needs to be recorded. Then purchase and award the palms. When the system is fixed, go back and catch up.

Yes, it is a bit of extra work, but not much can be done in the meantime.
