Dual Registration - Connections Lost

Hoping you can assist with reconnecting me with my boys, R. and E., in Scoutbook Plus. We are dual registered but have kept Troop 375 Tidewater Council as our primary as we intend to return to the area.

Currently out of state due to military orders. Until just a few days ago, everything was working great and I could use the drop down in Scoutbook plus to review both of my Scouts under either troop they are registered with but now all I can see is my MB Counselor tab and Asst. SM tab for Bayside and T375 respectively.

Additionally when I look at the T375’s troop roster, neither of my boys are listed. I renewed everyone’s registration at the beginning of June using the military exemption to national fees option - could this be the issue? In my.scouting.org I can only see them under the “Transfer/Multiple Application” tab. Let me know if you need any additional information, appreciate your assistance.

@JarrettSeibel I have switched all 3 of you back to Tidewater Council. Please wait up to 24 hours for changes to take effect. Tidewater Council is where their advancements should be recorded.

I have also requested that new Scoutbook accounts be created for you all in the other council. They should be created within 24 hours.
