Made the mistake of shifting one of my kids to our new Council prior to moving my own record. Now I have two Scoutbook+ profiles for her, one for the new Council and one for the old Council. Finally got the new Council issue resolved where she no longer disappears from records. However, now she is still reflecting on the old unit.

Any insight on how to remove the old profile? Council Registrar has exhausted all avenues.

@AdamDavis3 Which council is the current council?

Is the Scout supposed to be registered only in one council? Or is she supposed to be dual registered in both councils? Which unit is responsible for reporting the Scouts advancements?
