# Duplicate Account?

\*I’ve been having an access issue with my ID.

Logging in recently I’m seeing a pack that I’m not assigned to and my old pack/membership and access level(advancement chair) seems to be missing.

The ID I’m seeing today when I login:: ID \ ***987**

What I’ve been able to find from an email when I originally signed up in 2023.  
\ ***067**

I’ve tried added the “old id” to my membership in [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org) and it gives an error  
“Failed to add Member ID. User not found.”

@CharlesHurkes Member ID number \ ***987** is the correct number. It looks like you transferred to a Scouts BSA troop, instead of renewing with a pack.

Is that something I need to check with the local council with?

Logging in last month I was all set with the Cub scout group 3331 but just last week is when I noticed this.

I would. If they are the same council, they might want to move your membership.
