Duplicate Accounts - Pack 3042

I have a Youth with two accounts that needs to merge
How does this happen? I wish I didn’t have to bother the awesome folks fixing things on SB forums.

Account 1 - PRIMARY (attached to Den and has advancements)
SB User ID: 13973243
BSA Member ID: 141262738

Account 2 (No Den/No Advancements)
SB User ID: 14136136
BSA Member ID: 141449061

Any help/advice appreciated.

@ElizabethFrancis1 It looks like this Scout was originally registered in September, but there was a typo in the first name. Then the Scout was registered again in December, this time with the first name spelled correctly.

In this particular case, I would recommend contacting the local council. They can correct the spelling of the first name on the September registration. I do not know, but they might be able to get a refund on the December registration.

In the meantime, you could change the nickname / preferred name on the one that you do not want to keep. You can change it to Do Not Use or something, so that people are not confused.

After one of the registrations is ended, the local council can merge the Scoutbook accounts or we can do it.
