Duplicate Accounts?

Scout BSA ID is 141308526 but I think there is another account that I don’t see with a BSA ID of 14090360 from prior registration.

Parent BSA ID is 141308527 - the parent also has an old BSA ID of 1500125 from years as a youth.

When key 3 view the child on the IA roster the parent’s name shows up. When the parent is selected the information shows up as name “Undefined Undefined” with no BSA ID #. When key 3 view the child through the Scoutbook roster, the parent is showing and they are able to access parent BSA ID through IA when it is selected.

Parent is able to access child’s account on IA and the Scoutbook App - but upon logging into the Scoutbook App 2 connected kids are available. The first is the child, the second is the same child but with no middle name and not associated with any unit.

The child originally registered a couple years ago in a different council, membership lapsed and he registered here. The parent is not a registered adult, but I have an advancement report that the parent pulled in 2024 with the BSA ID of 1500125 that shows registration of the parent as an adult partner to a unit in 2022 as well as information from 2001 when the parent was a youth member.

When our council registrar assisted us with registration, she had some problems and ended up having us fill out a paper application, but it would be fantastic if we could see the youth’s old advancement records and the parent didn’t have an extra account that they are linked to.

@KatieGooding ok all should be fixed - the “Undefined Undefined” is a known bug
