Duplicate Den leader accounts

As it says, I have a few Den Leaders who are unable to update advancements for Scouts because they seem to have multiple accounts with no way to reconcile them.
How do I get help for this issue?

Post BSA #s (no names) and we can take a look

Correct account: BSA 14462628/SB 12616139
Incorrect account: BSA 14462623/ SB 12616446
Incorrect account 2 for the same person: BSA 14888280/ SB 13555088
His kid is the same name as him. He cannot figure out which account is his or his kids. Frankly, nor can I.

@JohnMcLaughlin does he want the username or the sign in with Google?

I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 14462628

@JohnMcLaughlin I kept username - that way he can turn on Google for that if he wants
