Duplicate Member ID please help

Can someone please help?

My wife has two Scouting ID numbers - (removed by Moderator). She only needs one. She is not and has never received emails for Pack activities. I would be grateful if someone could DM me so that we can get this sorted out and explain why she isn’t getting pack communications.

@MatthewGoff She had 2 Scoutbook accounts (userIDs), and one of them was opted out of e-mails from Scoutbook. Her Scoutbook accounts have been merged, and she should be able to receive e-mails now.

@MatthewGoff You will want to add her as a parent relationship to her Scout under her member ID number that ends with -245.

Her username is an entirely different email address as opposed to a username. Is it possible for her username to be changed? What is the process for that?

I’ve tried her secret answers but no matter how I format them they are rejected by the chatbot.

Also, is there any reason for her to keep the account -510? If not, it can be deleted.

Changing username or password if the reset options do not work can only be done by your Council, typically the registrar.
