I have several parents with duplicate accounts and my Council Office in conjunction with our Register is not able to resolve the issue. They have tried various things on their end with no luck. Anyone else have this issue with success in getting it resolved? Is there something I can tell them that they are not doing? Thanks!
@CharlesUlrich If you could please provide member ID (MID) numbers of the parents, we can investigate. If you don’t have the parent’s MID, please provide their Scout’s number (please tell us if the MID belongs to the parent or the Scout).
