I’m the Advancement Coordinator for Pack 126 in Arlington, VA. I’m trying to close out Advancements from this past school year. For some reason, only 2 kids out of 5, are showing up on my purchase order report and showing they earned the Wolf Rank Emblem. It’s unclear to me why the other 3 aren’t showing up. When I went into one scout’s profile, it showed he earned the Wolf rank back in February, but it never showed up on any of my reports. Can someone please assist? Below is a screen shot of the scout’s profile.
@AlisonFesler that Rank is marked Awarded - so it would NOT show on purchase order. You need to mark it UnAwarded. It should show on PO after that UNLESS it has already been on a Closed PO.
