Edit and or Remove an Award

Continuing the discussion from Removing an award in SB+:

I have a similar issue. I awarded Mile Swim but noticed not award date. Then tried it again, and a second Mile Swim was awarded. Please note I was doing this from Roster/Advancement, not individual account.
I can’t edit one of them to include the date which is 7/17/26 nor can I delete them and start over, and I can’t delete one and edit one. I can’t do anything with these. Help. Thank you

Have you gone to the individual scout to try to deal with this?

The Mile Swim for 140852938 is not awarded. If you want to mark it awarded you would do that individually or in the To Award Option

Yes, I have tried to delete and edit on the individual scout’s record.

What i mean when I say I was doing a mass advancement update and I was doing this by going to roster, advancements, to Award, clicking on many items that needed awarding. His was not going through. It’s actually still on To Award, as if it still needs to be awarded!

So you are going to To Award > Marking this scout and it fails? is there an error message?

Right now my issue is that there are two Mile Swims both with no dates listed. I only need one award. I can’t delete either one nor can I add the date of the award. I could try and add a 3rd but I don’t have to have a 3rd awarded in error. He only needs one. There is an error message when I try to change the date, “at least one field is mandatory on this organization grid” Also there are no requirements listed or signed off.

There are awards that are just troublesome – this is reported in, glad it is not effecting the scout

@AmandaLavino I just thought of one thing we did not try - go to the award page > at top of page click Quick Entry > on the quick entry page there is a REMOVE ALL PROGRESS > click that on the messed up one
