EffectiveDt not Valid

Hi there,

I’m trying to give our ASM permissions to update Activity logs. When I go to grant them I get this error:

EffectiveDt is not valid

How can I get around this? His ID is 13489652.

I would check the ASM’s registration status in the official roster at my.scouting to make sure everything is current there.

@EdwardKraay that member is not an ASM - they are a registered committee member. Not sure why the Activity is failing though.

Thanks, I’lll try that out! Updated his role in Scoutbook to ASM. Does it matter that he is still a committee member?
