Email address already in use on another account

I’m trying to add a new parent to a new scout ID 12020755. Then I enter the email address provided by the parent I’m getting an error that the email is registered to a youth. The email is not the youth’s email and addresses have been confirmed. Please help.

@NataliaLyckowski it is likely on the Youths account from registrar - if you post the youths BSA # we can look

This adult has 2 BSA Member IDs (MID). 12020755 and 129265172. He can log in to Scoutbook using his ID which is his first initial dot last name.

Search for MID 129265172 to connect him to his Scout in Scoutbook.
