My son is new to scouts and I just set up my account. When I login though it shows information for a completely different person. My name is Lara Young and my son is affiliated with the Heart of America Council but my profile shows for someone in Michigan. I’m also getting notification emails for the pack this person is affiliated with. Can someone please email me directly at LaraYoung13@gmail.com since I don’t know if I’ll actually receive anything through scoutbook?
Are you saying it logs you in as a different Lara Young? Or someone with a different name?
It’s someone with a different name, Eric Johnson. It has his personal information in there for the profile too.
