Email / registration issue

I have a scout who is not getting messages. MID 134891165. There are two parent records and one appears to be incorrect. The correct one has a yahoo email address. Can you help sort this out? Thank you!

@GoodloeWhite The Scout does not have an e-mail address in the system.

Because 2 parents are connected to the Scout, any messages or calendar reminders for the Scout should go to both parents. At least one of them should be getting messages.
