I am getting a notice that another account user is using my email address. I suspect a Scout did something accidently while trying to connect to me as a MBC. How do I get my email removed from an account that is not mine?

This is fixed. You had 2 Scoutbook IDs, 2 my.scouting.org IDs and 2 BSA Member IDs.
I have merged your Scoutbook and my.scouting.org IDs. Use the ID that you used earlier today to log in.
I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to use Registrar Tools to add your son to your account on the Relationships tab. This will avoid some future issues.
