Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Logged in today and my entire Pack has been unassigned. I also noted that I no longer see the MBC drop down for my home District, but is now displaying the other District that I offered my MBC services to.
@AmyPosey well issue one is being registered in 2 councils is Issue #1. Your MBC in Council 220 has good dates but for some reason it is not a Current Registration. So that is Issue #2. I think SB+ is failing cause your 220 BSA/MID is on the Scoutbook User now and SB+ wants the MID to be correct for your positions.
We can change MID to your 082 one in SB so that lines up.
If it were me I would drop the MBC in 220 and just do in 082 also as MBC is a Universal position in Scouting
Donovan, if there is a way for me to break SB+, it’s going to happen…
I don’t know why the districts wanted to do that, I just said I would help both of them. I am just a Cub Master with 2 Cubs of my own and a Tractor (and farm machinery knowledge), which is hard to come by in this area. Can you fix it?
@AmyPosey ok your Scoutbook should be good to go know - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 112722607
