Erroneous Double Parent Account

Hello,

Due to what appears to be the system creating a duplicate account this parent isn’t able to access scoutbook. The account information is below. I am unable to delete either account or do anything to make it work. Please assist:

1st Account:
BSA # 14195492
User ID: 11851454
2nd Account:
BSA# 135711314
User ID: 9550270
