When parent or myself (Tiger den leader) try to mark “Bobcat” as Approved/Recorded for a specific Tiger scout, getting errors 229 and 409 in Scoutbook.

What is the normal turnaround time for these fixes? I’m surprised it’s been 5 days with no resolution. Thanks!
Scouting America does not publish timelines. They prioritize their workloads based on multiple factors that volunteers do not have visibility into.

Any update on this? I would like to update this scout so that they can advance from Tiger to Wolf in April and think this issue will hold it up. Thanks!
