Error 403 Forbidden on Safari for iOS

I’m getting a 403 Forbidden error - nginx - when trying to go to scouting.org on Safari on iOS.

Strangely, my.scouting.org, discussions.scouting.org, advancements.scouting.org, etc. are working, but not scouting.org itself.

This issue seems to be isolated to Safari on iOS, I’m able to get to scouting.org on other browsers (e.g. Chrome), and also on other platforms (i.e. Safari on MacOS).

Sounds like cache - try a private window or clear cache

I tried both clearing my cache and using a private browser, but I’m still getting that error.

@etruongcao - this is a device issue as you clearly note that it is working on other devices and browsers. I would delete app data or use another browser on the device. The forums are not user hardware support

I am able to log in to Scoutbook with Safari on my iPhone. nginx is part of the web services offered by AWS where Scoutbook is hosted. It may have been a transitory issue. Please try again.
