Error "invalid packid - packid 54911"

Good morning! I am working on reassigning Scouts to patrols and getting an error nearly every time on multiple Scouts of “invalid packid - packid 54911”. I’ve done the usual clear the cache trick and tried a different browser with the same result. Any idea how to remedy?

It is odd - the scout is still registered in the Pack, while in the troop - I am checking a few things. Seems like council (or whoever) opted them out of pack (which keeps registration live) instead of transferring.

Yeah pretty sure this is the issue. I would talk to council and have them clean up this one, it if works have them look at and clean up the rest.

Interesting. I have Scouts that crossed over from two different packs having the same issue, but a scout from a third pack didn’t give the error. This one gave the error (different pack from the first one): 141855121. This one, entirely different pack from the other two, did not: 14432590.

Haha - and that’s a fourth pack! That scout was registered in two. Thanks - I’ll follow up with Council.

Yes - he was an example of a Scout that did not produce the error.
