I am trying to add completion of a Health Care Professions merit badge requirement, which will also result in badge completion, for scout EB. I have tried twice and the attached error message was shown to me both times. I hope someone can help.
If you are the counselor, are you using the Merit Badge Counselor tools in the My Dashboard portion of classic Scoutbook? You can’t go via the My Connections portion of your Scoutbook account to the scout’s advancement anymore.
If you’re a unit scouter transferring information from a blue card, it has to be done via SB+ now.

@CharlesDefendorf- on the dashboard of Scoutbook.scouting.org is a merit badge menu. I just used it yesterday and it worked flawlessly
