This shows up every time we enter advancement details for anyone. Tonight, I have tried to enter details for several requirements for a new scout 4 times, and his profile still reads that he remains at 0%. I’m not sure if it is related or if it is a server issue. Do you know how we can resolve this? (Note that this error message shows up for the advancement chair of my second troop as well.) ---

@RebeccaHager1 This is a known issue. The only workaround we have identified that **may** work is to have a current Key 3 make you a Key 3 Delegate or Unit Advancement Chair in [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org) then wait 24 hours before trying again. _I am the advancement chair for one troop only._ The second troop has a longtime advancement chair who has been mentoring me as I assist her, so adding me in that role would be redundant. Does this mean my role is on hold until the issue is resolved? I was once able to enter any advancement required by the troop. It helped me to learn my role as advancement chair for my other troop. The entire matter is counterproductive and frustrating. ---

@RebeccaHager1 Unless they unit decides to make you a Key 3 Delegate, I think you need to wait until the issue is resolved. ---

I have been added as troop admin and still cannot enter any advancement. Same error message. I’m supposed to be adding new leadership positions following elections this week. I’m really hoping the issue is resolved by then. ---

If you were just added today, it can take 24-48 hours to “spread” through the system. I would try again late tomorrow afternoon or evening to see if things have propagated. ---
