Error saying we need a COR, but we do have a COR!

I’ve now been back and forth with council twice now. on my.scouting.org => unit renewal I can’t initiate it because of this error:

But we DO have a COR and they show up above this as assigned! Council had helped me make a change to add on a committee member and then suggested I wait 24 hours. Its been 24 hours… the error is still there. What do we need to do?

@PaulThomas4- i think your council needs to open a member care ticket for this issue as there is nobody on the forums who can assist with this.

@PaulThomas4 in P248 - your COR is in the Opt Out Status - that is the issue - council can solve that
Also as Chair you are a Key 3 - so you do not need to be a Key 3 Delegate
