Error when opening Advancement report

I am trying to download an advancement report to go purchase items from the scout shop. The report ran fine, but when I try to open/download it I get an error. I am advancement chair and should have appropriate permissions to process the report.

You are UAC in Scoutbook but not in AKELA - I think a Unit Key 3 needs to go to my.scouting.org > Unit > Position Manager > give you the functional role of UAC
