My husband sent a Scoutbook connection request for our son. When I try to confirm/accept, a message pops up saying there has been an error in approving the invitation. I have tried confirming more than once over a period of several hours. I have also tried initiating the connection through the mobile app, but my husband never received the connection request.
@SarahCornelisse - please DO NOT use scoutbook legacy connections as they are no longer valid
When I look at O’s record in the database, I see a relationship to G as Father Of. When your husband logs in to Scoutbook Plus (https://advancements.scouting.org) does he see your son in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner?
@edavignon yes, he does.
I see both you and your husband have relationships in the database so I don’t understand what the issue is.
Ugh. The connection is there now and I didn’t do anything. 
@SarahCornelisse - were you attempting this connection process in scoutbook.scouting.org ? That is no longer valid.
That is where I started. My husband says he is always bounced to advancements.scouting.org when he goes there, but I don’t recall whether I was bounced to advancements. But I’m connected now and that’s what matters 
@SarahCornelisse - ok.. I would delete any bookmarks for scoubook.scouting.org and ONLY work in advancements.scouting.org
