Scoutbook Plus was working fine for me, but now I get an error message whenever I try to log any advancements that says “4stop3 You do not have access to this trail” (see below.) Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Have a Key 3 (Cubmaster, Charter Org Rep or Committee Chair) check your permissions. See Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video. for details.
I have a scout from another troop who asked for help on a MB. He is listed in my connections but when I click on his name, I get an error message.
@ThomasNoyes if an MBC going through the connections is the wrong path. in Legacy > under My Dashboard > use the My Merit Badge Counseling ta the Top right > Quick entry or Edit Merit Badge will get you where you need

I was able to see where the scout is on that MB and we are going forward.
